LOS ANGELES - After nearly two months to be accused because of wounding 12-year-old son, JustinBieber acquitted.
16-year-old singer was accused of hitting face of a boy when were playing laser tag, in Canada, last October. After the case under investigation, police decided not to press charges after failing to find evidence of error.
"The investigation into the incident is now finished and the case will not be passed because the evidence collected does not support Justin did the deed," said Cpl Turley of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police is quoted RadarOnline Richmond, on Wednesday (15/12/2010).
Some witnesses said the singer Baby was cornered by a group of fans that are excited to see him. Then deliberately hitting a child while running away.
Another eyewitness interviewed by police about the incident, claiming the contrary. Justin can be a victim of violence because cornered during the game.
"He certainly did not hit the face of a child. I saw the boy when he left the game and he did not have bruises or red marks on his face that could be a sign that he had been beaten," said the witness.
